We specialize in ultra-fine wire coiling and precision forming for high-performance applications. Using custom-built and automated equipment, we produce micro coils, compression springs, coil pipes, and specialty forms to exacting tolerances. We use multi-axis CNC coiling and forming equipment, enabling consistent production of complex geometries. Materials range from stainless steel and platinum to Nitinol and other specialty alloys.

These components are frequently used in minimally invasive medical devices, where flexibility, strength, and dimensional consistency are critical. Our team routinely co-develops forming solutions alongside customer design teams to ensure manufacturability and performance. With decades of experience and fully integrated inspection at every step, we deliver consistent forming outcomes from prototype to production. This capability serves as a foundation for many of the sub-assemblies and finished devices we help build.
