Coating & Plating
We offer in-house PTFE and jacket coatings, with trusted partners for gold, Parylene, and other certified finishes, all inspected to meet customer specs.
Surface Finishing Solutions for Medical, Aerospace, and High-Reliability Applications
We provide in-house PTFE coating and heat-shrink jacket application, along with pad printing and other secondary services. For gold plating, Parylene coating, and high-volume finishes, we rely on long-standing, certified vendors, with all parts inspected and certified to meet customer requirements.
We offer in-house PTFE coating through our DuraGlide process and apply a variety of heat-shrink jackets to components and sub-assemblies. Additional secondary capabilities include pad printing and surface prep tailored to coating and plating requirements. For processes such as gold plating, Parylene coating, and high-volume PTFE application, we work with a trusted network of ISO- and NADCAP-certified vendors—many of whom we’ve partnered with for decades. All externally processed parts undergo receiving and final inspection, with certification and first-article protocols aligned to customer specifications.
